Flower Portraits
In mid-December I had the chance to spend some time with the Basulto family and take portraits of their lovely daughter, Mia. Mia's mom reached out to me about after being inspired by the work of NY photographer, Chaunte Vaughn, and asked if we could take portraits in a similar style to Chaunte's "Petite Fleur" collection. Having never done stylized portraiture like this before, I was excited for the opportunity and challenge to make portraits with a new focus.
With the help of a beautiful flower arrangement by Seattle Flower Truck, we spent the afternoon together taking fun portraits around West Seattle. I was thrilled with how they came out. Take a look and leave me a note. Would love to hear what you think. Enjoy!
